Hit the Ground Running With New On-The-Go Workouts!

We're excited to introduce four new April workouts, designed to fit seamlessly into the routines of runners everywhere, regardless of time or place.

These fartlek workouts cater to every type of runner—whether you're an experienced marathon runner focused on staying in shape between training periods, a runner aiming to enhance your stamina, or a busy runner fitting in runs whenever possible, there is a new workout available that everyone can enjoy. 

Let’s take a look at the workouts released this month!


Closer Look at April’s On-The-Go Workouts!

You can easily integrate these workouts into your routine at any time to sustain your fitness, diversify your training, and elevate your overall workout experience. 

  • Go, Settle, Go: Fartlek workout starting with 10 minutes easy, two sets of 1 minute at your 5K power, 3 minutes at your marathon power, and 1 minute at your 5K power with a 3 minute easy jog between sets. Workout ends with 10 minutes easy.
  • 1-1-1 Gear Shift: Fartlek workout starting with 10 minutes easy, four sets of 1 minute at your half marathon power, 1 minute at your 5K/10K power, and 1 minute easy. Workout ends with 10 minutes easy.
  • Dial-in Progression: Progression run starting with 5 minutes easy, 5 minutes in lower Zone 2, 5 minutes in mid Zone 2, 5 minutes in lower Zone 3, 5 minutes in mid Zone 3, 5 minutes easy.
  • 30, 3 minutes, 30: Fartlek workout starting with 10 minutes easy, five sets of 30 seconds at your 5K power and 30 seconds easy. Run 3 minutes at your half marathon power with 1 minute easy. Then, run five sets of 30 seconds at your 5K power and 30 seconds easy. Workout ends with 10 minutes easy.
