Celebrate Global Running Day All Month Long With These New Workouts!

We're thrilled to kick off Global Running Day not just with one workout, but by launching four new workouts to keep the celebration alive all through June! 

Our new workouts feature wave intervals to challenge you with power variations, threshold intervals aimed at boosting your overall running performance, and specialized 5K & 10K interval workouts designed for those looking to improve their speed and achieve new personal bests. With a variety of options, there's something for every runner to enjoy and start making strides in their fitness. 

Let’s take a look at the workouts released this month!


Here are the June Interval Workouts

 You can celebrate Global Running Day by running the new wave interval workout, or add another workout to your schedule to continue celebrating the joy of running all month long.

  • Global Running Wave: You will start with a 5 minute warmup followed by five sets of 2 minutes slightly above your marathon power and 2 minutes slightly below your marathon power. You will end with a 5 minute cool down. 
  • 4 X 4 Minute Intervals: You will start with a 15 minute warmup followed by four sets of 4 minutes at your 5K power with 2 minutes & 30 seconds easy in between intervals. You will end with a 15 minute cool down. 
  • 4 X 10K Intervals: You will start with a 15 minute warmup followed by four sets of 3 minutes at your 10K power, 90 seconds easy, 60 seconds at your 5K power, and 3 minutes easy. You will end with a 15 minute cooldown. 
  • 4 X 5K Intervals: You will start with a 10 minute warmup followed by 4 sets of 2 minutes at your 5K power, 90 seconds easy, 30 seconds at your mile power, and 2 minutes easy. You will end with a 5 minute cool down.
