Kick those winter blues to the curb by adding some excitement to your indoor training with these new treadmill workouts. 

  • Tempo Climb: 10 minutes at your marathon power at an incline of 0% with 4 minutes recovery at an incline of 0%, 10 minutes at your marathon power at an incline of 1% with 4 minutes recovery at an incline of 0%, and 10 minutes at your marathon power at an incline of 2% with 4 minute recovery at an incline of 0%
  • Threshold Push: Two sets of 30 seconds at your 5K power at an incline of 2% with 1 minute recovery at an incline of 0% and then four sets of 5 minutes at 10K power at an incline of 1% with 3 minutes recovery at an incline of 0%
  • Alternating Long Run: 30 minutes easy at an incline of 0%, 15 minutes at marathon power at an incline of 2%, 15 minutes easy at an incline of 1%, 15 minutes at marathon power at an incline of 2%, 15 minutes easy at an incline of 1%, 5 minutes easy at an incline of 0%
  • Sloped Intervals: 4 sets of 2 minutes at half marathon power at an incline of 3% with 1 minutes recovery at an incline of 0% and then 4 sets of 1 minute at 10K power at an incline of 2% with 1 minute recovery at an incline of 0%
  • Steady + Hills: 25 minutes steady at an incline of 1%, 5 minutes easy at an incline of 0%, 5 sets of 1 minute at 5K power at an incline of 4% with 90 seconds recovery at an incline of 0%
