We are thrilled to announce that the Stryd app is officially available on Wear OS watches, including Pixel watch, Galaxy watch, and more.
This release unlocks a brand-new way to train with power—directly from your wrist—without compromising the accuracy, depth of insight, or guided experience Stryd is known for.
If you’re running with a compatible Wear OS watch, you can now pair it with your Stryd and Stryd Duo to enjoy power-based training, structured workouts, and fully customizable run screens, all designed specifically for Wear OS.

Train With Power—Right From Your Watch
Your Wear OS watch is now a powerful training tool.
With the Stryd app, you can record runs using Stryd’s industry-leading power data, giving you an effort-based view of your training that stays consistent across hills, wind, and changing terrain. Whether you’re heading out for an easy run or a hard workout, your watch keeps you locked into the right effort—no guesswork required.

Execute Power-Based Structured Workouts
Wear OS runners can now complete Stryd power-based Structured Workouts directly from their watch.
If you have a Stryd workout scheduled on your calendar, your Wear OS device will guide you through the session from start to finish. You’ll receive real-time targets and alerts that help you stay on pace and train with confidence.
These workouts can come from:
- The Stryd Workout Library
- A Stryd Training Plan
- Custom power-based workouts added to your calendar
It’s the full guided workout experience—now on Wear OS.

Fully Customizable Run Screens
Everyone trains differently—and now your Wear OS run screen can reflect that.
You can customize your display from a single metric all the way up to a five-metric stack, choosing from a wide range of data and averaging options, including Real-time, 3s, 10s, 30s, Lap, and Overall.

Getting started is quick and easy:
- Make sure your watch is running Wear OS 3 or higher
- Download Stryd Wear from the Google Play Store
- Sign in with your existing Stryd account
- Confirm your Stryd pod is paired through the Stryd mobile app
- Head out for your first run or start today’s workout
