Simply take your existing plan from TrainingPeaks or Final Surge, and let Stryd convert it to power-based training—empowering you to train smarter and achieve your goals more effectively.

Getting Started 

This update is available now for all Stryd users. Here are the steps to get started with your converted power-based training plan.

  1. Add pace-based workouts to your TrainingPeaks or Final Surge calendar 
  2. Open the Stryd app & go to Settings
  3. Select Connected Accounts
  4. Make sure that TrainingPeaks or Final Surge (depending on the platform that you used) is connected
  5. Select the third-party platform
  6. Select Manually Sync Workouts
  7. Exit Setting and navigate to Calendar
  8. View your third-party workout
