- New Year's Ramp-Up: This progression run starts with a 10 minute warm up followed by 12 minutes uptempo, 10 minutes at your marathon power, and finishing strong with 10 minutes at your half marathon power. You will end with a 10 minute cool down.
- Resolution Repeats: This interval workout starts with a 10 minute warm up followed by three sets of 35 seconds at your 5K power with 60 seconds easy, four sets of 2 minutes at your half marathon power with 60 seconds easy, and end with another three sets of 35 seconds at your 5K power with 60 seconds easy. You will end with a 10 minute cool down.
- Back to Work: This fartlek starts with a 10 minute warm up followed by two sets of 7 minutes at your marathon power with 3 minutes easy and 4 minutes at your half marathon power with 2 minutes easy. You will end with a 10 minute cool down.
- New Heights: This hill workout will start with a 10 minute warm up over flat terrain followed by six sets of 30 seconds uphill at your 5K power with 80 seconds easy downhill, 10 minutes at your marathon power over flat terrain with 3 minutes easy, and end with another 6 sets of 30 seconds uphill at your 5K power with 80 seconds easy downhill. You will end with a 10 minute cool down.
- Rhythm Finder: This tempo run starts with a 15 minute warm up followed by 20 minutes at your marathon power and then 3 minutes at your half marathon power. You will end with a 15 minute cool down.
