Sharpen Your Engine With New Workouts + Enter to Win Stryd 5.0!

We’re kicking off April with five new Workouts of the Week to help you sharpen your fitness from the 5K all the way to the marathon. And as an added bonus, complete April’s workouts for a chance to win a new Stryd 5.0.

Whether you’re lining up for the Boston Marathon, getting ready for another spring marathon, or chasing a new best in the 5K or 10K, there’s a workout here built for exactly what you need. Each session is designed to help you lock into race-day rhythm, elevate your fitness, and show up to your next start line ready to go.

Let’s dive into the new workouts released to the Workout Library this month. 


Run the New April Workouts for the Chance to Win a Stryd 5.0!

Each workout released this month is designed to sharpen your fitness from 5K to marathon. Run and share each week’s Workout of the Week to enter for a chance to win a brand new Stryd 5.0.

  • April 1st - Newton Ready: You will start with a 15 minute warmup. Then, you will run two sets of 12 minutes at your marathon power with three minutes easy in between. Next, you will run four sets of 2 minutes up a steady incline with 90 seconds easy back to the start. You will end with a 15 minute cool down.
  • April 8th - Level Up Mode: You will start with a 15 minute warmup. Then, you will run two sets of 1000 meters at your half marathon power with 2 minutes easy, two sets of 800 meters at your 10K power with 90 seconds easy, and two sets of 400 meters at your 5K power with 90 seconds easy. You will end with a 15 minute cool down.
  • April 15th - Primed To Go: You will start with a 15 minute warmup. Then, you will run two sets of 4 minutes at your 10K power with 2 minutes easy, two sets of 2 minutes at your 5K power with 90 seconds easy, and four sets of 30 seconds at your 5K power with 60 seconds easy. You will end with a 10 minute cool down.
  • April 22nd - Strength In Motion: You will start with a 15 minute warmup. Then, you will run two sets of 10 minutes at your half marathon power with 3 minutes easy, followed by four sets of 60 seconds at your 5K power with 90 seconds easy. You will end with a 15 minute cool down.
  • April 29th - Refined Flow: You will start with a 15 minute warmup. Then, you will run 25 minutes at your marathon power, 10 minutes slightly above your marathon power, and end with 5 minutes easy. Next, you will run three sets of 90 seconds at your 10K power with 90 seconds easy. You will end with a 10 minute cool down.
