From Base to Strength: Your Spring Build Starts Now
Your winter base is built. Now it’s time to turn that fitness into race-ready strength.
This March, we’re introducing four new Workouts of the Week designed to bridge the gap between base training and spring race prep. You’ll layer in purposeful intervals, controlled progression runs, strength-building hills, and race-focused efforts that sharpen your speed without sacrificing durability.
Let’s dive into the new workouts released to the Workout Library this month.
