Train Every Gear This February With These New Workouts
This February, we are thrilled to bring you four new workouts that are designed to boost your fitness and train every gear.
Each workout helps you build speed, strength, and endurance through repeat sessions that range from short and fast to longer and more sustained. You will progress from 200 meter repeats that sharpen turnover and top-end speed, to 2 minute repeats that teach you how to change gears with control, all the way to 2K and 2 mile repeats that build race-ready stamina and confidence at faster-than-marathon efforts.
Let’s dive into the new workouts released to the Workout Library this month.

Four New Workouts to Sharpen Speed and Build Strength
Check out these newest workouts added to the Workout Library to challenge your endurance and perform your best on race day.
- Sustain & Surge: You will start with a 15 minute warmup. Then, you will run three sets of 2K repeats at your half marathon power followed by four sets of 30 seconds at your 5K power. You will end with a 15 minute cool down.
- Cupid Cutdown: You will start with a 15 minute warmup followed by 2 minute progressive repeats. Each set includes 2 minutes at half marathon effort, 2 minutes at 10K effort, and finish with 2 minutes at 5K effort, with 90 seconds easy between reps and 2 minutes easy between sets. You will end with a 12 minute cool down.
- Speed Mixer: You will start with a 20 minute warmup, followed by three sets of 200 meter repeats. Each set includes 200 meters at your 5K effort, 200 meters at your 10K effort, and 200 meters at your 5K effort, with 200 meters easy between reps and 2 minutes easy between sets. You will end with a 20 minute cool down.
- Endurance Shift: You will start with a 15 minute warmup, followed by two sets of 2 mile repeats. For each 2 mile repeat, you will run the first mile at your marathon effort and the second mile at your half marathon effort. You will take three minutes easy between sets. You will end with a 15 minute cool down.
