This year, we were thrilled to introduce 48 brand-new workouts to the Workout Library, offering something every runner can enjoy.

Let’s revisit the top workouts from January, February, and March of this past year!
January Workout
The Tempo Climb workout features three ten-minute tempo runs on the treadmill, where you’ll maintain consistent effort while gradually increasing the incline with each repeat—perfect for simulating outdoor hills and honing your power target on varied terrain.
February Workout
The Hilly Heartbeat Hustle combines short, medium, and long hill repeats at 5K, marathon, and half-marathon power, with recovery jogs back downhill, making it ideal for building strength, boosting stamina, and injury-proofing your base training.
March Workout
The 4 x 2K Repeats is a marathon-specific workout that includes 2K intervals at your marathon power with 3 minutes of recovery, making it an ideal session for running over flat terrain and perfect for your final preparation before a marathon.
