The Top Stryd Workouts Released in 2023!
Over this past year, the Stryd team released 48 new workouts to the Workout Library, available exclusively through the Stryd Membership.
These workouts ranged from intervals and fartleks to long runs and more, offering unique training sessions to help both avid 5K runners and seasoned marathon runners excel in their upcoming races.

Out of the 48 workouts we brought you this year, here are the top 4 workouts:
- The 2K Twist: 4 sets of 2K repeats with the first 1K at marathon power, the second 1K at half marathon power, and 2 minutes recovery in between
- Blooming Tempo: 15 minute tempo slightly above your marathon power with 3 minutes recovery, 5 sets of 1 minute repeats at 5K power with 1 minute recovery, and finish with a 15 minute tempo slightly above your marathon power with 3 minutes recovery
- 5k Focused Workout: 5 sets of 200 meter repeats at your 3K power with 200 meters recovery, 4 sets of 1K repeats at 5K power with 400 meters recovery, and ends with 5 sets of 200 meter repeats at your 3K power with 200 meters recovery
- Power Pyramid: 1 minute at 10K power with 1 minute recovery, 3 minutes at half marathon power with 90 seconds recovery, 5 minutes at half marathon power with 2 minutes and 30 seconds recovery, 5 minutes at half marathon power with 2 minutes and 30 seconds recovery, 3 minutes at half marathon power with 90 seconds recovery, and 1 minute at 10K power with 1 minute recovery
