Redefine Your Tempo Training With New Wave Workouts

We’re excited to introduce four new Wave Tempo workouts this November. These sessions are designed to challenge your endurance, sharpen pacing, and elevate your running performance.

The workouts range from continuous tempo runs that keep you engaged with shifting power targets to interval sessions that help you settle into effort and push your fitness to the next level. By alternating between surges and steady efforts, Wave Tempos train your body to efficiently manage intensity changes and build lasting fatigue resistance for race day.

Let’s dive into the new workouts released this month.


Ride the Wave to Peak Fitness With New Workouts

Check out these new Wave Tempo workouts to challenge your endurance and perform your best on race day.

  • Power Shift: You will start with a 15 minute warmup followed by three sets of four minutes at marathon power, four minutes at half marathon power, and two minutes easy in between. You will end with a 15 minute cool down.
  • Flip the Switch: You will start with a 20 minute warmup followed by three sets of three minutes at your marathon power, three minutes at your half marathon power, and another three minutes at your marathon power. You will end with a 15 minute cool down.
  • Find The Gears: You will start with a 15 minute warmup followed by three sets of two minutes at your half marathon power, two minutes at your marathon power, two minutes at your half marathon power, and two minutes easy in between. You will end with a 15 minute cool down.
  • Flow, Push, Flow: You will start with a 15 minute warmup followed by ten minutes at your marathon power, five minutes slightly above your marathon power, and ten minutes at your marathon power. You will end with a 15 minute cool down.
