Rather than stacking two recovery runs back-to-back, the Easy + Strides workout shifts to Tuesday, ensuring variety and maintaining the right rhythm between your easy efforts.

Example #2: Decrease in Your Available Training Time

Need to decrease the amount of time you are training?
You can now adjust the Peak Weekly Duration.
In this example, we lowered the Peak Weekly Duration of our plan from ~9 hours to ~6 hours. Stryd's Adaptive Training intelligently updates the intensities and durations of all runs, including the easy runs and workouts to match the new available training time during the peak week.
We can see the Easy Runs became roughly 10 minutes shorter and the workout duration decreased by 15 minutes with a different structure to lower the cooldown duration.

Example #3: Changing the Workout Day in Your Schedule

Need to make a change to your training on the fly?
