With his tune-up race behind him, mileage is peaking, legs are heavy, and workouts are intensifying—including a 25 mile long run with a 4 mile pickup. In this critical phase, Stryd plays a key role in helping Clayton stay locked in on effort, ensuring consistency over hills and through unpredictable conditions.

The countdown is on! With just over two weeks until his Boston Marathon qualifying attempt at Revel Mount Charleston, Caleb Efird is giving us a behind-the-scenes look at his final race prep.
