The new Apple Watch Home Screen experience offers four different modes, all accessible by tapping the top right icon in the Stryd app on your watch.

Here’s the three new modes:

Recent Runs

Quickly scroll through and view your recent activities right on your wrist. With the new Recent Runs feature, you can access detailed stats from the last 10 days, including maps of where you ran, key metrics, lap breakdowns, and temperature/humidity conditions. No need to reach for your phone—reflect on your recent efforts and stay in tune with your performance at a glance.


Critical Power

Now, you can check your Critical Power directly on your Apple Watch. See your performance level and know when it was last updated, allowing you to feel the pride of your progress wherever you are. This feature helps you stay on top of your running capacity and assess your improvement without extra steps.


Running Stress Balance

Running Stress Balance is an essential metric for optimizing your training load. With the new watch interface, you can monitor how well you’re balancing stress and recovery—so you’ll know whether you’re ready for a high-intensity session or if it's time to ease up. It’s the perfect feature for planning your training, right from your watch.
