Here is some motivation to run during the windiest time of the year

We are coming into the windiest time of the year: February, March, and April
Charles may not have been a runner, but he captures the difficulties of running in the late Winter / early Spring well here.
“It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade.”
- Charles Dickens
The stinging cold of the Winter has not yet gone away, but the Spring sun has brought in a bit of heat that causes a stark temperature contrast.
The winds will blow their hardest during this time of the year as the hot air & cold air battle each other.
For some runners, the strong winds are just another reason to stay inside on the treadmill.
However, the willingness to go outside and train in the winter can make a sizable difference for how well you perform in your Spring races & marathons.
We launched the new Stryd (with wind detection) late last year.
But, I still watch our product launch video from time to time as it gives me the motivation to go outside and fearlessly run on windy days.
So, if you need some motivation to battle the wind and the winter too, you can find that video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGedTjsjhbQ
